LA PERSEVERANCIA El país vive una gran crisis, pero esencialmente de principios. Atrincherados en nuestra factoría emocional, con la mirada fija al frente e infinitas ganas de seguir adelante, hemos podido seguir cosechando buenas experiencias que han alimentado nuestros propósitos. Quedaba mucho por recorrer y no nos faltaban detractores. Siempre hay quienes a falta de un ideal, se enzarzan en absurdas contiendas contra todo aquello que no logran comprender. Pero desde la soledad o la incomprensión, desde el silencio o la confusión, no cejamos en el empeño de sacar a la luz un retazo, un fragmento del trabajo de quienes probablemente nadie conocía o recordaba. Era el caso del autor de nuestra portada de entonces y es por ello por lo que optamos porque esta inusual obra en tonos de grises presentara nuestro siguiente número, una maravillosa pieza realizada en tinta china que representaba pasado, presente y futuro desde un punto de vista descriptivo y profundamente interrelacionado. PERSEVERANCE Spain is undergoing a severe crisis, but it is essentially of principles, rather than money. Entrenched in our factory of emotions, with our gaze fixed ever forward and desirous to advance, we have been able to reap positive experiences that have fed our own purpose. There was still much terrain to cover, and we were not short of detractors, there are always those who lack an ideal and weave themselves absurd fights with anything beyond their grasp. But even with such loneliness and incomprehension, such silence or confusion, we refuse to give up on our task of uncovering a piece, a fragment of work that remains unknown to practically everyone. This was the case with the author of our cover, and this was why we chose them. This unusual piece, whose greyscale tones would grace the issue, was a marvellous work executed in India ink that represented the past, present and future from viewpoints both descriptive and deeply interrelated.
