TheArt Institute is not only one of theUS’s best art schools, but it is also home to thebiggest collectionof Impressionist andpost- Impressionist paintings except the Louvre and theMusée art routes Chicago TheSecondCity Walking through the centre of Chicago is likedrawing a symbolic route through the history of theUS. In the city centrewe can find the areapopularly known as The Loop, where the elevated trains that link the rest of the citymeet. The area suffered a fire in 1871, after which it was almost completely reconstructed, thus explaining the large amount of art deco elements that canbe found in the area.
